Compatibility mode In Windows XP Home ?

I'm running XP pro and when I right click an .exe file I get a "compatibility" tab.

Does this tab exist on XP home and if so how can I enable it, as it seems to be disabled by default on my friends system.

I do not have XP home to mess around with. Help me out

I'm not using Home version, but you might want to look in Accessories for the Program Compatibility Wizard.
