Comparing MP3's

Does anyone have a good program that I can use to compare MP3's on two different hdd's?

So that I don't have to manually go thru them all on both hdd's to find the dup's?

It would be nice if it could also merge the MP3's.

I am doing this on XP, and comparing the songs via NFS on an ubuntu pc.

I would say that Fixtunes would be your best bet. It works by making crc check files for each file and comparing them.
