Maybe I am not reading right... I am trying to figure out the difference between these Panasonic cameras, aside from the price. What accounts for the price change? What am I getting thats better for the money? Would another company give me the same or better quality for same or less money? If you guys could tell me at the very least the difference between these models, it would help..... thanks!

I'd go to c|net.com and look at their video camera reviews. Speaking in generalities the physical size of the CCD (bigger is better) and the number of CCDs is more important than its pixel count.
