3) What is the big difference between the Mobile processor

The ratings between that and a normal Cely seem to be about 1/2 speed.
Are the internals generating more efficient useage so the end result appears to be the same throughput speed?

Most likely you can't find this deal anymore since all the rebate has expired already, I think. Old hot deal that are dead should remain dead.
