my sister got her whole way through college paid for by her work (as long as its something that can be used to advance in the line of business). She pays for the semester and dependent on her grades they reimburse her 100%, 80% or 50%. BUT when they pay her it requires her to have to work there for another year. She's on her last semester but decided not to have them pay for it this time because she wants to look for a new job when she graduates and if they paid she would have to stay with them longer than she wants.
Where I work, you pay up front for your tuition, but they reimburse you right after the class for 85% of the tuition if you keep a B average. Upon completion of your degree, they reimburse you for the other 15%.
