OMG! I hadnt heard of this at all... checked it out due to being a fp subscriber and it looks INCREDIBLE!!!

RTS with CoD2 quality graphics and even some physics in there.... I cant wait to finish work and go home to dl it

can anyone play this online?? it tells me there is a patch and will restart the game to install it...but never installs it.

Sorry, but the textures are not good quality at all. I am not saying the game doesnt have good graphics for what it is.. or even that I really enjoyed COD2's graphics - but COD2 graphics are easily better than this games.

Anyone know when it will be available for non subscribers?

The patcher problem can be worked around through a seperate download. found the link somewhere on the beta forum.... sorry cant link to it right now.

Well, I snached a beta slot (seemed easy enough... pc.ign.com had a headline that said "15000 more beta keys". I clicked the link and got it).

This game is awesome. Definate buy when it is released. Seems very polished at this point and is loads of fun!

Doesn't it come out this week? I played the demo a couple of days ago. It's a military RTS based on WWII. You set up barracks, produce soldier units, capture sectors which contain key resources, upgrade buildings/units, then go out and kill the bastages. There's lots of little pieces it picks up from various RTSs in the past. Issues......on my new Conroe/79000 gtx system the game moved a bit too fast like it wasn't optimized. Also, like I said, there doesn't appear to me anything really new here but if you like RTSs with a real war flavor, then I think you'd like it. I did the tutorial then started the campaign which began with Normandy invasion. No game that I played so far (even CoD2) captures the slaughter of the landing like CoH.

DL'ed the demo, pretty badass game. i will probably pick this one up, i'm excited for the RTS scene to finally be coming back around with this and Supreme Commander and stuff.
