Comp wont turn on

Hi, I just built a brand new computer. Right now I have CPU, Vid card, ram, and power supply on. When I turn it on, it goes off one second later. The LED light on the mobo goes out, so theres no power. 30 seconds later, I can try the same thing but I get the same result.

My system:
C2D 4400
8800gt
OCZ 1gb Ram
Earthwatt 500w PS
Abit IP35-e mobo

I heared that my ram needs 2.1v so that could be a problem. If it was the ram, wouldn't the power still be on the mobo? So right now im stump on what it could be. Maybe weak PS? Or Vid card. Right now I dont have any spare parts to test. Anyone help?

Ok, its turning on now, but no video. Could it be the vid card or ram? I notice that if the vid cards not in all the way, the LED light on mobo doesnt come on.
