Comp USA PNY problems

Ok, I just installed the CompUSA PNY 6800 card and I have TERRIBLE 2D now. I am running an 18 inch LCD off an old KAH8+ Mobo with a new 300W antec PSU. My old card was a Geforce 4400 that looked a lot better in 2D.

What gives?
 
What connection are you using. I am talking about which connector did you plug you monitor in on your card?

Analog or DVI (Digital)?
