Hello,

I am thinking of buying a phone from them. I read different reviews on the web and I am worried they have horrible customer service. I am used to New Egg but this item New Egg doesn't have.

Does anybody has any experience dealing with them?

Yeah, I have once and they were fine. I like J&R music world for stuff best. They have great customer service and things like when you call they have caller ID and so they know who you are and your order status without having to ask you. They just say, Hello, is this mr. grant? And they already have the status of your order in front of them. That's the way it should be done. My samsung 213T was $700 after rebate about a month ago when everyone else was selling for $800. I don't like newegg because they don't let you post negative reviews of their products. It's just not an honest group.
 
I don't buy from them for three reasons: located in New York City, way overcharge for shipping and offer few shipping options, located in New York State (so I would have to pay sales tax on top of their egregious shipping). They often have low prices on stuff though - but I can't see how they really could have low prices considering the cost of doing business in NYC (unless they stole the goods to begin with).
