As above, as if power was turned off. Wait 5 to 10 mins and comp will boot up fine.

I have 3 pci cards, 1hdd and 1 cdrom. Amd A2400 ?

Any ideas.

power supply. model/brand/amp output on +3.3/+5 and +12v rails?

also might just be overheatibg have you checked what sort of airflow yuo have?

50 dollars for the xclio 450 is the best value out there.

though everyone here at AT (including me) buys 75- 100 dollar fortrons and antecs.😀

you need way more amps

wow those are LOW amps for all rails. for example, i have a Hipro 240w and i get 14A on +12v and 25A on +5 27A on the +3.3A rails. you might be choked for power espicalyl running so many cards and drives. what is yyour gfx card?

TWO? No wonder your computer won't start. You need a much stronger powersupply. I just got a Forton Blue Strom, but if you don't want anything flashy, the xclio recommended above would do just fine.
