Comp Temperature

That's only about 33 deg C. Not bad if you have some heavy heat producers in there like a high end Athlon or P4 and a fancy video card.
.Probably could be improved a bit with some ventilation tweeks. Mine runs at 20 deg. C (about room temp) when the case is closed, but that is unusually low

Ok i had it on for about an hour and it got to about 102 F. Im not sure but i wouldnt think thats good. That was the processor, the system temp was about 98. What would be a good way to lower the temp, and what would be a good target. Also, is there any program so i can see the temperature without retarting every time it changes?
