It is not a job it is a stupid homework assignment.
Run that line of thought past your Prof. See what he thinks about it.
Doesn't your school have a learning commons where you can pay someone to teach you how to do it.
That way you can learn to do the assignment yourself.
Then you'll be able to look at your degree hanging on the wall and know it's worth more than one you bought out the back of a van.

I was think make a program that made a really long case statment with some of the ouputs are creative. That way even if the cheat notice the wrong outputs they would still fail because no sane person would have a case statment 4000 lines long.
seriously though, you should just do your own homework especially if its an intro programming course. When midterm comes and Finals, what the hell are you going to do? Pay someone, get him plastic surgery to look like you and have him take the test? What if you get a problem on yoru exam that is relatively similar to your project? Just sit down and work on it. I never programmed until I went to college, things were hard as hell for me. I never copied from others and I stuck with those projects, just keep trying man, paying people to do your work isn't right, and its not going to help you much in the future either.
