Comp freezing. Voltage issues?

Comp was built 10 mos ago and ran perfectly until two days ago. I now get random freezing during gaming. The screen will freeze and although the fans continue to run, no other devices like HD or even keyboard work. Also the computer will often refuse to start. On failed start all fans are running but the HD never engages and there is no video. I have been running Motherboard Monitor and find results like these typical over the past two days:
Sensor Low High
CPU 26 44
+3.3 2.94 1.42
+5 5.07 1.63
+12 11.95 2.88
-12 -1.50 -13.02
-5 -6.06 -5.66

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. System info:
A64-3200
ECS-755-A2
Antec SmartPower 350
Muskin 768mb PC3200
ATI 9600XT
Nec DVD
WD 120GB hd

Have you or can you try with another Video card?
With numbers that wacky something has to be causing
it and the most likely candidate is the ATI card.

Also, you may want to try clearing the CMOS.

cleared the CMOS and had the same results after 30 mins of testing.

Sensor------Low--------High
CPU---------27----------35
+3.3V-------1.44--------2.94
+5V---------1.95--------4.75
+12V--------3.52--------11.56

used speedfan as well in case of conflict with MBM. I dont have another Video card to test unfortunately.

even i am facing somewhat sam e problems with volts around
3.3v---2.9
5v----4.6
12v ----11.6
system becomes very unstable the moment i connect second ide drive...otherwise it runs somewhat ok...untill 3.3v drops below 2.5.....after that system won' t boot !!!..so any solutions other than a psu replacement
