If the left lane is clear and people are trying to merge onto the highway, get in the left lane so they don't have to worry about you.

Yes, good one. Also, be aware of your children while you're out shopping, I see kids almost get trampled all the time - it's scary.

good call... big rigs try to do this all the time too... 🙂 big rigs tend to be courteous drivers, kinda sorta
 
When someone opens a door for you say THANKS or THANK YOU!!!

That's one of my wife's biggest pet peeves.
 
Always flush all toilets you use, even public ones.
Never lsiten to any music through loudspeakers in public places or if anyone else can hear it (very important).
Don't spit on the ground right under the feet of passers by.
Don't bump people in crowded places just b/c they're on your way and you're bigger and stronger.
Don't curse, don't say bad words (or rude).

OMG, I can go on and on.

Enough respect to express constructive, if not at least relevant posts to the topic at hand.
 
When you're walking along a sidewalk in a crowded area, and you spot 6 of your closest friends and decide to have a conversation, MOVE OFF THE GOD DAMNED SIDEWALK before staring said conversation.
 
Also I could add a small rant about these awful teenagers who walk like 5 guys hand in hand in the street and there's absolutely no chance to survive if you happen to be on their way, they will kick you so hard or even knock you down if you don't let them pass.
 
When you try to avoid the long line of traffic at a freeway exit by zipping by in the breakdown lane, don't get all pissy when people don't let you in 🙂

Come the next day... not my style. And how would I find them? There are millions of angry and stupid skinhead teenagers in the streets and you can't beat them all. In fact, not only beat, one should silently let them pass if he doesn't want to wake in a hospital or, much worse, in heaven.
