Justice, FBI: Los Angeles airport shooting was an act of terror

This really bothers me, not necessarily that this specific incident was declared an act of terror, but the apparent reasoning they used to declare it such. And that wouldn't really bother me if it weren't for the automatic foreiture of your legal rights as soon as you get that label.

A murder based on what? His opinon that the US was not handling their middle east policy in the yway he would have liked. Either way, he killed someone in cold blood, he shoudn't have any more rights left if he is guilty.

He doesn't have any rights left, he's dead (and deservedly so). But like I said, I don't have a problem with this specific situation, only the reasoning behind it.
