Commercials you HATE!!

Ok, so I have to get this off of my chest. I like to venture over to MSNBC and watch their videos online since I don't get the cable station at my house. Anyways, so every once and a while when a video clip has ended, they switch to a NyQuil ad where the person is coughing or sneezing their head off. And I'm sitting there with my head phones plugged in and the volume reasonably high, then BAM!! Coughing and Sneezing and Sniffling right into my ear at full BLAST!!! (they seem to turn up the volume for advertisements automatically). It is so disturbing and irritating that I almost don't want to watch MSNBC anymore!

It's like the Marketing team on NyQuil really didn't think this one through at all. Yes, we know the purposes of NyQuil, but for gawd's sake no one likes to feel like someone is coughing directly into their ear!!! Just have a cutesy red nosed 3D character walk around sickly, and be handed a bottle of NyQuil, then get better, and play soft nighttime music in the background. I will be MUCH more likely to purchase their product is they advertise for it that way.


So that's an ad I hate, what about you?

I hate them all, really. They rarely mention the product, there's always a 20 second feature on some random person, then 5 seconds mentioning the product.

Plus, the volume is always higher and it's annoying.

The Danactive commercial where the daughter feels special because she knows about the active ingredient in the yogurt etc. I want to hit her with a pie.

 
I can't even remember what this commercial was for (so obviously their marketing sucks) but it always started off with an alarm clock sound. Does not matter where I am in the hose if the TV is on at random I'll hear an alarm clock sound every 15 minutes if it's on that channel. Freaken annoying.

There's this other commercial about drunk driving. 30 seconds worth of a baby crying louder and louder. Not sure which is more annoying the alarm clock one, or that one.
 
Oh yeah I almost forgot. Those don't play anymore, but those stupid Wendy's ranch commercials. OMG those burned my ears. I want to use C4 to perform a root canal on that giant tooth and set a detonator to it.
