Looks like you are going to have to try it out and tell us all how it is. Looks like a nice board with good features, and most Soyo boards have decent overclocking options. It has a silver PCB, which probably means it will be a good overclocker since silver dissipates heat better than just about anything else.
If you want RAID you may want to steer clear of this board. It only supports Serial ATA RAID. You can use one normal IDE device in the array, but you have to use at least one of the Serial ATA connectors in order for the RAID to work.\
If you intend to use the onboard video, well, I don't recommend using it. Not only is it very slow (slower than a Geforce 2), it will eat up your memory bandwidth and it will hamper overclocking. There is an 845PE version, the SL-85DR3-R.
