Dear All,

I'm planning to buy the Seagate 200G 7200RPM S-ATA (ST3200822AS) Drive soon.
Any comments / experiences would be very much appreciated.

This will be used in a MSI K8N Neo2 / AMD 3500 Setup.

Many thanks. 🙂

Seagates are generally regarded as the best HDDs around ATM, especially with 5-year warranties. Go for it.

I just bought one of these refurbished from newegg. Its still got a warrenty till OCt of 2009 and it is running great. Very quite drive and excellent performance. Not quite as fast as my raptor but more than twice the size. over all awsome drive. Check out storagereview.com for benchmarks.

Thanks a lot for replies everyone. Seagates have never failed on me and they have always been my only choice for HDDs. At last I can get rid of that Maxtor from my PC and add the SG 200G SATA as the secondary drive.

Thanks again.

Cheers 🙂
