Comments on NEC customer service (defective returns)?

I just bought a NEC Accusync 95F and it comes with a 3 year warranty and I wanted to know in advance if anybody knows the return policy on NEC monitors?

I know I should have called before placing an order, but I wasn't thinking, anyways if you guys have delt with them or know their policies I would love know what it's all about.

Like who pays shipping? and questions like the such.

I have never RMA'd an NEC monitor but I have other stuff and they are among the best. I returned a CDROM drive that was in short supply and they sent someone to hand carry one to the shipping department for me.

I've RMA'd 2 NEC monitors in the past 4 months. Both were replaced with "refurb" monitors and neither was replaced with the same model. No big deal on one but the other was a "short depth" for a reason. NEC CSR told me that an exact replacement wasn't available. Either way I'm not too jazzed with NEC these days.
