students can get xp for 8 bucks? the connect3d is fine, its cheaper than everything else, there is a gigabyte passive heatsink on newegg for 280 as well

Windows for 8 bucks......I'm telling my friend to check it out at his college. If he can get one I might just get another copy! Dang I bought mine for like 140 when I bought it.

alot of people have bought the connect3d becasue of the price and said it was nice.
don't get a gigabyte unless you have a really cold system. it overheats really bad.

Im not in college yet but i was able to get windows pro for 15 bucks becasue my mom works in IT at the UofM.

usually you're limited to one copy each but i dunno, you might be able to get 2
 
Alright thanks for the help. I think I got all the information I need and know what to do. And about that Windows comment I think just getting a legal version makes everything easier and avoid all those trojans and whatever that's on those illegal XP's
