Commenting scripts for websites ...

A lady contacted me about doing some website work for her. She currently has a very basic 6 page website and one of her pages has news on it. She doesn't run any blog software or anything, it's simply a page made in dreamweaver I believe.

What I'm wondering if is there is any script out there that will let users comment on her news articles and I can kind of copy into her already written code. I've searched and one that was recommended was haloscan , however I have yet to check it out and was wondering if anyone recommends any others.

Anything pre-written? nope. however, writing the code yourself isn't that difficult.

I use js-kit and it should do what you need.
