I finished the campaign last night. It's generally pretty interesting, although I would have liked to see more limited force missions instead of the typical base building ones. The ending is very abrupt though and things end on a big cliffhanger, just like the C&C3 Nod campaign. :p There is also a separate singleplayer mode called Global Conquest, where you play a turn-based game in moving armies and building bases around a world map, and fight the individual battles in real time.

I have not played it online yet and don't know how the new stuff affects balance. My impression was that the Black Hand faction is a bit underpowered though. There are also some known bugs, like the fact that the Titans can crush each other. They will probably need some patches to get the balance right, as they did with C&C3.

If you enjoyed C&C3, you will enjoy Kanes Wrath. No GDI or Scrin campaign may put you off a little from the story.

If you didnt enjoy C&C3, I would pass it up. I dlsliked C&C3 and although the new subfactions are cool, its still an average game at best.

This was indeed something of a letdown. I wouldn't mind it so much if the Nod campaign was longer, but it's only 13 missions and ends when you least expect it to. They could have easily extended the last act (which is only two missions) by another two or three missions.

I finished it a few days ago. As Elcs said if you enjoyed CNC3 then you'll like this. When I first played i was a bit overwhelmed with the new multitude of units available with all the subfactions and learning strats based off these new units, but once you get the hand of it it's quite fun. Love playing as Reaper 17 atm :p.

Well, I don't really play CNC3 for the single player but as for the multiplayer I really enjoy CNC3 and I still play it really often. I'm interested in that new Global Conquest mode, heard it's something like the board game Risk. Also, the main thing I'm worried about is that it's really different with all of the new units, having to learn new strategies, but thats not always a bad thing. Anyways, I might just get it later on when it's cheaper or when everyone starts to play Kanes Wrath instead of CNC3.
