Your only weakness would be the mutant in X3 (which btw the movie sucked big time, i own it on DVD and i can't even get through it after watching it in the theaters) who can take your powers away.

since the pheonix force is an alien being, and not really a mutant power (as the movie so explicitly misrepresented), i guess that wouldn't be a weakness at all then 😉
