I work 12 hours a day, 3 days a week at a printing center (We print DVD labels and inserts) and my feet are killing me at the end of the day. Got any suggestions for shoes or insoles or something so my feet dont hurt?

no this is bad...you overcompensate and do damage...its better to buy good shoes or some good insoles...I spent about 30 bucks on a set of insoles at this fancy shoe store in the mall, I work 12+ hours a day sometimes and they help alot...which is cool cause my knees are shot from 9 years of football

it does feel better for a minute or two...but in the long run its bad...its amazing how there are "right" and "wrong" ways to do everything...I keep post it notes stuck on everything to remember...its pretty cool...except I cant read the one I stuck on my butt to tell me the "right" way to wipe

I wear a pair of Vasque hiking boots when I work. I've got a bad ankle, so the extra support because of the higher tops really helps. Slip a set of insoles in there and I'm good to go all day. I didn't pick these out specifically for work of course; I had a pair when I started my current job because I had gone hiking in Colorado earlier that summer. When the tennis shoes they said we could wear weren't cutting it, I started wearing my boots instead.

1) if you're not in shape, lose weight. That is after all, the real cause.

2)MOST IMPORTANTLY: Buy a pair of Rockport/Dressport from Macy's. They are the best $130-150 you'll spend on your feet. And I do mean 'on your feet'!

Good shoes and some of those anti-fatigue rubber mats to stand on will help a lot.
