WTF IS UP WITH THESE STUPID COMET CURSORS! UGH! I accidentally clicked yes instead of no to install. Is this crap spyware?? It has made my life miserable!!!!!!! Stupid gay programs :|

I wasn't paying attention and when IE asked for the permission I clicked yes. It went by itself from there.

I've had the same experience many-a-time. Comet Curser sometimes installs just when you visit a website that supports it! You aren't even given the option to say "Yes" or "No". It's the most ridiculous piece of software I've ever seen in my life (besides Netscape).

 
Ahhh! Comet Cursor needs to DIE, I don't care about any idiotic, cutesy pointers people wanna put on their website - just leave me and my damn arrow-pointer alone!! :|:|
 
the people who put comet cursor on their site are the same asses that put MIDI's and disgustingly fruity backgrounds on their sites. avoid at all costs.

I don't know when or where it came onto my computer but one fateful night, a few weeks back, it came.

It's just a little proggy for custom cursors on certain participating websites. It's rumored to be spyware, which wouldn't surprise me. It's mostly just annoying as hell because it starts itself up and won't go away unless you uninstall it. It puts some crap on your desktop too.
