Just noticed this on my DTV guide. Hoping The Daily show/Colbert/Southpark will now be broadcast in high def.
 
So is it going to be like all the other so called HD cable networks that screw up the aspect ratios on their mostly non-HD programming?

MTV-HD and Vh-1 HD, come to mind. Waste of bandwidth.
 
Well the Daily Show and Colbert weren't in HD 🙁 - They did look much crisper though. Before it was like watching them with the Barbra Walters blur filter on.

yeah, I'm guessing all upscaled 480 content.

also guessing comcast won't be picking it up anytime soon out here. bastards.
