Come watch this driver try to parallel park for 13 minutes.

I know what you're asking: Surely it didn't take that long to parallel park. Supposedly, the driver had been at it for a while even before this video began.

Enjoy!

Wow, how she passed the license test is beyond me, that wasn't even a tight fit, there was ample room to get in there..

hehe

License test/education is similar to our school system....a big joke.

Sad part is that MORE people die on US highways EACH MONTH than 9/11, yet no one gives a shit about better education or tougher license tests etc.

But of course, there is NO money to be made in education/test for license.....but there is LOT of money to be funneled thru to corps/rich thru the war.

Funny how things work in this country.

Judging by the accents and the name of the channel, this video was taken in Ireland. So....

"Women drivers! Women drivers! Bwhahahahha."

I can see people parallel park outside my business everyday. If people fail like that for a min, I would just go out and volunteer to park for them for free. Sometimes I see people just drive their car straight up the curb and back down to save time from backing up.

Read the video description. They offered help and she refused, this is when they decided to record it.

I hate parallel parking. Good thing most of the new roadside parking has done away with it

Parallel parking is easy there is very little to it, if you know what you are doing. Seems that most people just never learn how.

When I was driving my parents cars, they INSISTED that I parallel park every time. They said it was damn useful to know. They were totally right.

Is parallel parking a requirement for getting a driver's license in some states? I got my license back in 1986 (Ohio) and parallel parking had already been removed from the test.

Didn't need to know it in Virginia when I got mine.

I don't consider it an essential bit of driving skill, but it depends where you drive. In crowded cities sure you might need to know how, but in most places it'll never come up.

I had to parallel park when I got my license around '98.
