how do you plug in coordinates?

You type (or copy/paste) them into the search box at the top left.

If you want to get them out:

Use Ctrl+N to create a new place mark. The select the place mark and copy it to the clipboard.

You can then either paste a huge blob of machine readable text, or you can use my GECCC program to convert them into a more practical format.

34.9466665566223N, 117.859172233851W <== What I assume to be the important bits of Edwards. I didn't even notice at first that it was missing, until I noticed the freaking outlines of the runway from the sectional chart that's overlayed on it.

EDIT: How do I get the actual Lat\Long of a place?

My house 🙂 Look two blocks north for the town's impeccable water tower.

use the push pin and make it a place marker, then on the left pane, highlight that and go to advanced options, you should be able to cut and paste the coordinates.

Coolest part is you can type in an ACTUAL ADDRESS!

I typed in my address, full, and it zoomed right in on my house (Although it was a huge blur since...well...it's just a house.)
