I'm not sure if I can recruit here or not, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Rogue Squadron

We're an 18+ gaming community (although we make a very small number of exceptions for current member's IRL friends, the 18+ is pretty solid). The clan is about three years old now, the leaders are Canadian, members all over the US, and our severs are located in Chicago.

We currently have CS:S public and privates, DOD:S private, COD4 public, and TF2 public and privates. We have CAL teams for CS:S, DOD:S, and TF2, but by no means are those the only games we play. We've been playing a lot of Soulstorm, some rFactor, Mythos, Guild Wars, BF2142, and pretty much any other game out there. We have a 64 man Vent server, and currently about 40 members.

I'm not a leader, nor do I get anything for people who join. I'd just like to say if there are any mature players out there who are looking for a good clan community, RS is worth checking out.

Our requirements are as follows: 18+, have a mic, Ventrillo, and XFire or Steam Friends. Also, you can't play WoW (we've had some issues in the past).

Feel free to make a post in the forums or hop on our Vent server if you have any questions or would just like to say hi.

Yeah well one of the cofounders has almost 2k hours in GW... he's a total GW fanatic. The main thing is that we don't really want people having paying games that they feel they need to devote a lot of time to.

Well, our TF2 team is 1-2 or 1-3, I'm not sure how many matches we've played so far, and the one win is from a turnover from the CAL admins due to a ringer on the other team. We mostly play for fun, but the CS:S guys can get pretty hardcore about it.
