How do you guys calculate your totals, just by adding up what you've downloaded? How can you calculate what you use by browsing?

i have my total up and down internet traffic as well as realtime speeds for up and down displayed on my desktop

It's under the "networking" tab.
Once there, select View and then select columns... THe ones selected in the picture relate to your question.
