So they caught you and now you are worried. You should be.....

Was the $30 game worth the worry?

Is the line from your cable modem plugged directly into your PC or do you use a router with a built in firewall? Are you using firewall software?

NEW YORK DOLLS lyrics - "Pirate Love"

You've got to walk that walk
You've got to talk that talk
You've got to be that girl
In the diamond world
C'mon cut me so fast

Pirate love
Is what I'm looking for
Pirate love
Is what I'm wanting for
I never ever
needed it so bad
Yeah!

Well the blood's running cold, ain't it
All the mommies are praying
Little girls are saying 'no'
And big girls always want more

Pirate love
Is what I'm looking for
Pirate love
Is what I'm wanting for
I never ever
needed it so bad
Yeah!

Well I'm locked in all these getups
Everybody seems too cruel
I can't tell who's who
Without a bag of voodoo

Pirate love
Is what I'm looking for
Pirate love
Is what I'm wanting for
I never ever
needed it so fast
Fast!
Fast!

Pirate love
Is what I'm looking for
Pirate love
Is what I'm wanting for
I never ever
needed it so bad
Yeah!

So you bought the media, copied down the key, sold the media, but not the original key. Doesn't change anything.

They won't do anything at all, it's just a warning to stop sharing and to delete any and all pirated files. Even though you admitted to downloading BF2, these reports are often unreliable. Remember the time the RIAA sued someone who didn't actually own a computer?

Bought the media, copied the key, dropped something heavy on media?

What site did you use? Quit using public sites like IsoHunt/TorrentSpy etc

----------------------------------------------------------
And you get a couple of weeks also for providing moral guidance to piracy options

This is a possibility, but the OP isn't presenting himself this way. He is saying just enough to make himself look clean, but not quite enough to tell the entire story.

It is definitely possible that I am misreading him, but I doubt it.

I did download that from a public tracker. Because i didnt want to kill my ratio worse if i used a private one.

If you're serious, you don't understand the law.

The only times people actually get in trouble (so far) is for uploading/distributing, not downloading.

If you're not serious, then this post doesn't exist.

I don't understand why at this day and age these ISP like Comcast do not packeteer their connections.

Well i didnt even seed this. I was only leeching cause i was on a public tracker. But it could of been possible that in the few mins that i did seed it.
