Funny, Comcrap threatened to charge me a fee for ordering dtas a while back and I'm on the 20 ch plan. What's the legislation that says they have to do this?

No, I ordered the boxes from them, hooked them up, then a few months later they send me a letter asking me to return it. I can only get like 3 channels without the boxes.
