Comcast is playing a mean trick on us :(

Every morning when I get to work around 9AM, the internet is down. Every morning, when I pick up the phone to call comcast, not 3 seconds after I get their automated message is the internet fixed. This has happened 3 out of the 4 days this week. This is starting to get a little monotonous...

maybe ur area is going through an upgrade. i know they are working to get 16mbps dl speeds available for their premium speed tier as well as their new managed data network-type phone services (aka cdv; comcast digital voice).
