you have better UP right now with pro and 4 ip addresses.

Pro only goes up to 4.0 (WTF) and no increase in upload. A total ripoff considering that the standard speeds are DOUBLING!

I'll lose the additionalip addresses (which I rarely use btw) but I'll save 40 bucks a month by downgrading.
 
Hmm.... Here in Portland, Oregon, I can hook up to 7 computers up.....

That's how many IPs my cable modem is setup to dish out.
 
What's the upload supposed to be? I live in Seattle and I haven't been very impressed with what I've seen as far as Comcast here. Bandwidth limits are never achieved in populated areas and it seems to go out a lot.
