Combining 12v rails

Sorry... I have to ask. WHY do you want to do this? You're not planning on powering a car amp with this PSU, are you?
 
I want to upgrade my vid card. 15amps on 12v/1 isn't enough. 17 amps on 12v/2 isn't enough. If I can splice the two together, I'll have more than I need.
 
Well first of all if those two rails were to be combined you wouldn't get 32a. Second, what is your current hardware and what are you considering upgrading to?
