Com + System Event not firing??

Everytime I start Win XP I get this error message in my application logs:

The COM+ Event System failed to fire the ConnectionMade method on subscription {48B5BE49-B32E-45B8-8C8D-A4C625A958B4}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}. The subscriber returned HRESULT 80004001.


Anyone seen anything similar or know what this might mean? This might be at the root of my problems with my comp, but I have no clue what the hell this is and searches that I've made about it don't seem to bring up anything...thanks for your time.

This will not be much help, but I have been getting the same message on occasion. It is an application event, and I usually get it during network related activities. When it happens I am locked up and have to reboot.

I have not been able to find out what it means yet either, Microsoft does not have any information about this message either.
