Color printer only prints in B&W....

Ok, this is weird...Using a HP 820C, replaced color print cartidge, and every time I print something thats in color, it prints it in black and white. I have no idea, tried playing around with color schemes, test pages and everything else...Any ideas?

Did you calibrate the new color cartridge? If it is really seated correctly . . . then it could be several things. How old is it? Check the expiration date on the box. Try a different cartridge. If that doesn't work co to \Printers and remove the pronter from your system . . . re boot and install it from scratch.

It could be dried out at the printhead. Was the blue film firmly in place when you unpacked it?

Are you sure that you don't have the "grayscale" box checked?
