Anyone know any good ones that are good for:

1) High end servers (Dual Core, 4-8 GB RAM, etc.)
2) Larger quantity (5,10, perhaps up to 30 servers)
3) Setup fees that won't kill the budget

If anyone knows any good companies, please let me know.

I've been using Liquidweb for about a year now, but only one dedicated and one colo. Very impressed with their service.

Fuss & O'Neill Technologies hosts our dedicated servers, they are absolutely fantastic. Great service, support, and the prices are very decent.

Tell them Keith Palmer from Academic Keys sent you. I don't get a commission, it just might make them happy to know I'm sending business their way :)

Once you get past 5-10 servers, colocation is what you should look into, especially with proper hardware like what you're describing. (The kind of hardware you use says a lot about the service and it seems like you're pretty serious.)

In terms of colocation, you need to decide on your needs in terms of bandwidth requirements, physical location, network demands, etc. and start talking with a few different providers.

When you put your servers in the hands of another company, you need to be sure that they'll do a good job, and if there are issues, that they will work with you to resolve them. I can't stress how important it is to meet these guys, sit down, have lunch, etc. It's nothing short of doing an interview like if you were hiring an employee, IMO.

My company - Service Technology.

We specialize in server co-location and hosting. Rates are very competitive because we are in a low cost market, and honestly, our data center is reasonably inexpensive to run. Let me know if you want more details.
