Serious suggestions:
-Earplugs. Good ones. Lots of them. Only if you want to be able to study or sleep that is.
-Good headphones. You could go the loud speakers route and piss people like me off.

You can skip the condoms if you're a CS major, lol!. Most of these suggestions sound like the fast lane to failure to me (or at least crummy grades). Unless the school you go to just doesn't require much work.
