College students - what type of paper do you use for notes?

I keep notebook paper in a folder and just write my notes on the individual sheets. However, all of my friends write in spiral-bound notebooks. Am I unusual?

I do use college-ruled paper. However I used wide-ruled paper for my in-class response papers in my writing class this semester so I didn't have to write as much.

Assigntment? Computer or college ruled.

i use Mead Grad Notebooks

their wire is no-snag... i hate how normal spiral notebooks snag like that. this is the best notebook imo.

i used to do it like you.... with binder filler paper... but i think this is a lot easier.

for math and classes where I have to draw a lot of diagrams I use blank printer paper because I cant stand doing math problems on regular lined paper. For all other classes I just use a regular spiral notebook.

I usually use a legal pad, but if for some reason I don't have one on me, I use spiral-bound paper.

I use Spiral notebooks!! They have to have college rulled paper in them though. I can't stand wide-rule.

For math and things that need graphs - Graphing paper.
Notes use college ruled paper in a spiral notebook.
Writing assignments use computer.

Rules of Thumb for high school writing assignments assigned in pages:

Never use full sized notebook papers (11 x 8.5). Use the slightly smaller notebook paper that's more common.

Always use wide-ruled.

Find a type with as much margin as you can.

I typically use 3 subject note books. That way I can keep past classes notes right there ( I mean classes in the series.)

I use my Cassiopeia E-125. Works well for history, but I may switch to a pad and pen because I've discovered that I take too many notes. I didn't even use my notes to prepare for the final, but I used a textbook (remember my Civil War thread?). The prof's lectures basically follow the book, which isn't required for the class, and I'm gonna have the same guy next semester.

I tend to alternate...

I'll stick with paper in a binder for a couple semesters, then I'll switch over to the spiral notebooks...I dunno, I get sick of the same sh!z every semester...

I can't believe all the people that use spiral notebooks. It seems like every time I've tried to use one the spiral has gotten bent and then not worked very well. I did try a non-spiral notebook one time but the glue dried up and the pages fell out. :|

I use printing papers. (I hate the horizontal lines on note papers) But i don't usually take notes anyway.
