BOOT HIS BITCH OUT. CALL THE CAMPUS POLICE IF YOU HAVE TO. YOU PAY RENT. WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO SPEND 2 WEEKS ON A COUCH SOMEWHERE ELSE?

YOUR ROOMMATE IS A TOOL. HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF DECENCY. HE SHOULD GO RENT A HOTEL ROOM, NOT IMPOSE ON OTHERS.
 
Tell your roommate that he's pathetic if he has to bang german chicks. From what I've heard, the most difficult part about doing that is finding one. (around here anyway)

I told him that I wanted my bed back and that I was not willing to sleep anywhere else tonight, then he got very upset and started cursing. He even threatened to beat me (scary because he's 6'4" and 250lb, an ex-basketball player from germany) what should I do?

Wow! Are you in the US? Don't let this fool bully you. You pay rent each month like he does and if he wants to make sexy time, he should get a motel room.

 
Well first of all, grow a spine. If your old enough to be in college, you should be using your head a little. From your post, you sound like your still in high school. Second, it doesn't matter what your roommate thinks or how big he is. Tell him to get his german girlfriend and go get a hotel room if he wants some action. If he doesn't like it and is threatening, then it's time to get your RA or whoever is in charge of the dorm involved and get him removed from the room.
 
What should you do? Try to find another roommate. Making threats of bodily harm isn't something you should have to deal with.

Right now you're going up against someone who's let his million-year-old evolutionary programming take over his tiny brain. That sort of person doesn't usually listen to reason. The excessive testosterone won't let them.

Other option: a taser. Or a shock collar.

At any rate, don't listen to half of these morons. Most of the people here feel all high and mighty behind the computer, but few would actually do as they say.

I'm in College rooming with someone as well whom I don't see eye to eye with a lot of the time, so I have at least a small inkling of what you are going through. If it were me in that situation:

1. Don't get pissed off and start yelling like half the people here believe you should. That is only going to make matters worse. Seeing as he is apparently bigger than you, that = bad for you.
2. Explain to him calmly that this isn't fair to you for a number of reasons.
3. You are men, don't start telling each other how you feel about things, just be straight forward with him.
4. If he refuses you have to bring in your landlord or the police into it. You pay rent, you haven't done anything wrong, he has no right to kick you out. Especially if he is using your bed and your possessions (Sheets) for whatever he feels he wants.

In short, don't let him walk all over you- be firm. However don't act like a stuck-up jerk with a chip on his shoulder.
