Can anybody tell me how and where you would typically look for student evaluations on the university website. I've been through my school's website and my retarded ass can't seem to find it.

If anybody wants to help, here is my school site: link

By no means do all schools have something like this. Mine doesn't.

Haha the other guys seemed to think it was normal for schools to post teacher evaluations which made me feel like crap. One of the guys goes to a UC so i was hoping the crappy CSU system also did the same.

I go to CSU Sacramento.

Is it good?
That's kind of a broad question, good in what way?

In any way...haha.
Good: The price is good, the campus is nice, they have wi-fi, and a fairly decent comp. sci. program.
Bad: Classes are hard to get into, parking sucks, professor quailty hasn't been that great for me so far, hope it improves as I take more upper division classes.

the all-inclusive and OG site is at www.pickaprof.com but they've gone gay and started charging 5$ for access to the rating :(

ratemyprofessor.com is pretty good actually.

I rated some of my professors and found that the ratings on there were pretty accurate. I had a few excellent profs, and their ratings were very high (partially thanks to me of course), and I had a few horrible ones.

The prof I had last term who had a class of 35 and only passed 5 of us (I was one of them, but did really poorly), got a very low rating... no surprise :)

Cal Poly SLO sure isn't a crappy school. We also have a website that will check for an opening every twenty minutes in a class you want and enroll you.

I think a lot of places have professor evaluations, for tenure and grants etc, but most of them don't make it available.

I use ratemyprofessors.com, I actually got it going at my school when someone asked for a rating site and I showed them it, their response being there weren't any ratings. I told him to get off his lazy ass and post some, lo an behold a few days later almost all the profs were rated.
