laundry detergent and a roll of quarters
anything that can help you seduce ladies
big a$$ speakers and TV are a must.

search google, I know some news websites have articles and lists for what to bring to a dorm, they're pretty good from what I've seen too

I'd just take one computer. I'd also look into one of those little lifejackets with the tube you can blow into to inflate it.

hahaha (to the life jacket and water raft)

and i need to game and if i dont use my laptop i can fedex it back home

I'm a college student and I go the desktop/laptop route. It all depends on whether or not you use the laptop to take notes in class. I do, and it makes my life much easier, since I can't usually read my own handwriting if I have to do it quickly. Most of my professors don't care, and when class gets boring you can always nef on AT. If however you don't use it in class, it really is a bother more than anything else. My roommate did the same thing, but even as an English major since he didn't use it to take notes, it got all lonely sitting in his corner.
