Totinos pizza rules, 99cts a pop but, really bad for you so only eat them in that stumble home to drunk to cook situations, in which you are craving food.
Just make sure you don't leave the oven on

o).
buy bags of uncooked chicken breasts, and spices to season them.
Pasta is your friend, good, easy, and cheap.
Buy rice, and then buy frozen vegatable packs preferably of oriental style and a little soy sauce, and maybe one of those cut up chicken breasts (from other suggestion) and you have got stir fry for cheap.
Mexicain rice also very easy to make and you can eat it on tortillas for a good cheap meal
Tuna is also a awesome thing to have around because it is cheap and you can eat many different ways, I prefer Albacore tuna or any tuna in the pouch because it just tastes better but, it is more expensive. Tuna salad on toasted rye is awesome.
For more protien you might keep a bag of shelled peanuts around (shelled is cheaper and will keep you from eating a whole bunch of them)
Something that I really like, I don't know if they have them in your area or not but, Zatarains boxed rice cajun dishes where you just add meat are really really good if you like cajun food.
