The only thing I don't like about the Star Wars premier is those people find it funny. The one in the OP, the Democratic debate one I linked -- most those people are "upset"

The dude is a hugely successful billionaire. Just because he might not be as polished as your typical politician is in front of voters in no way indicates he's incompetent. The dude is very sharp, obviously. He didn't just fall into all the success he's had.

as to the bolded: yes, he did just fall into it. Trump is a trust-fund baby. He's been playing with "unearned" money his entire life. The reason that he hasn't hit rockbottom is because, at the very least, he was raised knowing how to handle money. Besides, the majority of his wealth is tied up in debt, which is why he has always roundly refused to release details regarding his finances. Yes, he's definitely "wealthy," but that is just it, no one really knows. Various publications have tried to figure this one out, and I seem to recall Forbes pissing him off by once estimating his actual wealth at something like ~$500 mill. I mean, that's still a good chunk of change, but you aren't going to be driving around in cars with doors that open up and down with that kind of money.

I do think he's a smart guy in general but as far as competence goes: that's political. He is an incompetent leader.

His core competence is: self promotion.

This clown is of average intelligence (which thankfully limits his Machiavellian abilities) and is a piss poor leader to boot. His current "leadership" is dressed in money. Nobody would follow this fool onto the battlefield.

I don't really find that funny. Not because I am a supporter of PC-nation. I just don't see the point in being a blatant asshole. It isn't funny to me. There are far better ways to point out the hypocrisy than being a douche bag.

As many of you may or may not know, many AT moons ago I chose Triumph as my username because, well, this. Haven't watched any of his stuff in a few years, but this is fantastic. I love how clear it is that a couple of them HAAAATE him.

I love how he cracks up halfway through saying, "Asian-tation." 😀
