I might go to Cal Poly next year as a comp sci major. They're welcome admission packet mentions a "Jumpstart" program, one month in the summer where you take two "high-demand" classes and get used to college before the official fall quarter starts. I know lots of universities offer these. Has anybody done one?
My car is dying, so I might not even have transportation this summer. My town has ZERO public transportation, and I live sort of off the beaten path, so mooching rides is a pain. . . .this might be a boring summer @ home. (I can, however, walk to work.)
