One problem I've found with younger girls is they donjt "keep themselves up" as well as an older girl. And I enjoy a smooth well maintained road for my rally events. Older women have all that and more, while younger women.....dont, in more ways then one......

I know a guy..who recently graduated from college...

works at the mall just so he can pick up high school girls....

yea...soon he's gonna be 30 and still working at the mall...and he'll come to realize that he's old, has a worthless job..and can't get ANY girls. I can't wait for that day. He's the biggest loser I've ever met.

let me guess. you got dumped by your ex-girlfriend for a college guy eh?

anyway. when i was a freshmen my GF (now wife) was still in Highschool. I dont consider myself a loser heck neither does anyone i know.

Why syringer is bring this up is totally beyond me. First he's in college, second, he doesn't have a g/f.

Maybe he's seeking validation in his own persuits by suggesting the opposite.

My Ex (now a sophomore at a different university), is dating a high school guy. I find it more unusual for a college girl to go out with a high school guy -- and, frankly, more pathetic.

Flame retardent suit? Im surprised no one got on your back for your comparison of girls being like fresh meat at the supermarket... :p

Maybe he's just a loser who sees other guys in college dating hot HS seniors and can't admit that it's his own shortcomings that prevent him from doing the same. It's easier for him to convince himself that it's wrong than it is to face the reality that even HS girls don't want him.

There is no magical barrier between college and HS. At that stage of life there's always some issue about ages. Nobody will question 39-34 and 26-21 is a great couple, but 20-15 is a no-no. When I was a junior in HS I started dating a freshman and we stayed together for nearly 2 years. If we had stayed a couple it would have been college/HS junior and nobody would have batted an eye since we were long-term. In college I hooked up with a local HS senior (pretty easy, the local HS was located on a small piece of the campus and almost all the hot seniors and juniors there were dating college guys). The new GF was a year older than the ex and only about 8 months younger than me, but I was supposed to feel bad about it because she was in HS? Yeah right.

Sounds to me like Syringer might need a trip back to HS, he's still got a lot more growing-up to do.

I am gonna agree with Syringe...sorta.

First off if you were already dating someone in HS and then going to college it doesnt apply to you, what I think Syringer and what I am talking about is college guys, especially the older ones going for young HS girls, IE Freshmen and sopohmore. Again there are exceptions but a sopohmore or older in college (20+) going for young HS girls (15 or so) is a bit sketchy. I just skimmed this thread and while there are bigger age gaps in marriage or whatever someone was talking about, there is a huge maturity level from being 15 to 22. Then there then from 26-34.

good call nick. If you are a freshman in college dating a freshman in HS then ya somethings wrong. But if you're a freshman in college dating a senior in HS then its no big deal really.

your should be you're.... who's the idiot now? anyway, i think that there isn't really an age rule to go by, as long as the two are both mature and know what they are getting into. i honestly would never get involved with a high school girl because that's asking for trouble. (jail bait)

I don't see a problem with a college freshmen or soph dating a senior ... if they're in the same town maybe ... but once you get to be a junior it's time to move on, especially if the person lives far away. This is just my opinion though. I've never dated a girl in HS when I was in college.

When I was 24 I went out with a 17 year old.

After going out for 3 years.........well, we've been married for 20 years now.
