Collecting the $50 rebate on the Panasonic RV-30 DVD player

When I received the DVD player I noticed that the sticker that usually has the info (serial, model, UPC #'s) was torn off. To get the rebate don't you have to send in that white sticker on the box? Only other thing I could turn in with the rebate is the UPC code that's part of the carton box...however that doesn't have the serial and model # that the rebate form specifically asks for.

"IMPORTANT: You must cut-out and include the original label from the carton which includes the UPC code, serial number and model number, or your claim cannot be processed"

So what are you people sending in? Or do I need to call Amazon...*sigh*

I would suggest that you should call them and tell them to either send you a new one or send you the sticker. They're absolutely responsible for a sticker which was turn of the box, especially when it states clearly on their web site that the DVD Player comes with a $50 rebate!
