I always feel better eating more Collard Greens than Kale. Perhaps it's the additional Folate and Choline, which collards supply much more of. Based on the nutritional data, kale is indeed superior in many elements but not these two. (fyi in these links, kale iportion is ~2x size of collards, 67g vs. 36g)
Everyone will be different, but if you're into kale (or lots of produce in general), I highly recommend working collards in too if you don't already.
