I felt that the second album was a refinement of the first. The third was an attempt at refining the second, but it now is overrefined like processed starches and is no longer good for the body.

Actually I think he says, "I'm at a place called Vertigo" but I like, "Let's go vertigo" better. Another tune I would usually listen to.
 
I actually like coldplay so that definitely sucks.

Everyone says their songs sound so alike but while they have the same feel to them (like being created by the same artist) they don't sound at all alike.

Oh well... he's rich and we aren't so there's the difference.

Why can't it be both? I mean no one is going to hate a band whose music sucks that no one has heard of that isn't popular at all.

It's hard to hate something you don't know exists, so yeah, they have to have some level of recognition to be hated 😉
